Course Description


Best practice dictates using current information about students in order to plan targeted reading and spelling instruction. Quick Checks are brief measures used to monitor student progress in between the three main screening/assessment windows (fall, mid-year, spring) and to determine the effectiveness of instruction and intervention. PALS Mid-Year (Form C) is equivalent to fall and spring PALS assessments, using the same tasks, but with different task items.
